Distribution Information of Tianjin Weiduyun Network Technology Co., Ltd. (WedoMall)

To ensure your shopping experience on the WedoMall cross-border e-commerce independent website, we hereby specify the rules related to distribution, including delivery scope, logistics methods, timeliness, costs, customs clearance, and exception handling. The following terms apply to all cross-border orders placed through the Platform. For special needs, you may consult us via the customer service channel (service@weiduyun.com).

1. Delivery Scope

Currently, our delivery services cover multiple countries and regions worldwide, with core coverage areas including:
  1. Southeast Asia: Malaysia (whole territory), Singapore, Thailand (Bangkok and surrounding cities), Indonesia (Jakarta, Bali, and other major cities);
  1. Europe & America: United States (48 contiguous states), United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain;
  1. Other regions: Australia, New Zealand (major cities).
Note: Delivery is temporarily not available to some remote areas (such as islands, mountainous areas, war-torn areas, or logistics-restricted areas). The system will automatically verify the delivery address when placing an order. If the address is unreachable, you will be prompted to modify the address or cancel the order.

2. Logistics Methods

Based on the order amount, product type, and delivery region, we provide two core logistics methods, which you can choose independently when placing an order (some products only support designated logistics due to attribute restrictions):
  1. Overseas Warehouse Delivery
    • Applicable Scenarios: Products stored in our overseas cooperative warehouses (e.g., Selangor Warehouse in Malaysia, California Warehouse in the U.S.), and orders with an amount ≥ 50 USD / 200 MYR are prioritized;
    • Advantages: Local shipment, fast delivery timeliness, and pre-completed customs clearance process, reducing the waiting time for receipt;
    • Cooperative Warehouses: Asia (AsiaECS Warehouse in Malaysia, third-party warehouse in Singapore), North America (third-party warehouse in California, U.S.), Europe (third-party warehouse in London, U.K.).
  1. International Dedicated Line Delivery
    • Applicable Scenarios: Products shipped directly from China, or orders to regions not covered by overseas warehouses;
    • Advantages: Wide coverage, support for small-batch orders (no minimum order amount), and full logistics traceability;
    • Cooperative Logistics Providers: 4PX, J&T Express, DHL (for small high-value products).

3. Delivery Timeliness

Delivery timeliness is calculated from the completion of order payment and product outbound. It is affected by the logistics method, customs clearance efficiency, and destination. The specific timeliness is as follows:

Note: Timeliness is for reference only and not a guaranteed delivery time. If delays occur due to force majeure (e.g., weather, policy adjustments, logistics strikes), we will inform you of the latest progress via in-site messages or emails.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the logistics method, product weight/volume, and delivery region. The system will automatically generate a detailed fee breakdown when placing an order. The specific rules are as follows:
  1. Overseas Warehouse Delivery
    • Free Shipping Condition: Orders in Malaysia with an amount ≥ 200 MYR, orders in the U.S./U.K. with an amount ≥ 50 USD, and orders in other overseas warehouse-covered regions with an amount ≥ 60 USD;
    • Charging Standard: For orders not meeting the free shipping condition, fees are charged by product weight: 10 MYR / 5 USD for the first 1kg, and 5 MYR / 2.5 USD for each additional 0.5kg.
  1. International Dedicated Line Delivery
    • Free Shipping Condition: Global orders with an amount ≥ 100 USD (150 USD for some remote areas);
    • Charging Standard: For orders not meeting the free shipping condition, fees are charged based on the higher of "weight + volume". For example: In Southeast Asia, 15 MYR / 7 USD for the first 1kg, and 8 MYR / 4 USD for each additional 0.5kg; In Europe & America, 25 USD for the first 1kg, and 12 USD for each additional 0.5kg.
Note: Special products (e.g., liquids, powders, large furniture) require additional special shipping fees due to logistics restrictions. Please refer to the prompt on the order page for details.

5. Customs Clearance Instructions

Cross-border orders require double customs clearance in China and the destination country. The relevant rules are as follows:
  1. Customs Clearance Documents: You must provide true and complete customs clearance information (e.g., ID card number/passport number, and the delivery address must be consistent with the document address) when placing an order. If customs clearance fails due to incomplete documents, the products may be returned or destroyed, and you shall bear the resulting shipping fees, tariffs, and losses;
  1. Tariff Bearer:
    • Malaysia: Orders with an amount ≤ 500 MYR are exempt from tariffs; tariffs (usually 5%-10%) are required for amounts exceeding 500 MYR, which you shall pay to the local customs or logistics provider upon receipt;
    • U.S.: Orders with an amount ≤ 800 USD are exempt from tariffs; tariffs are required for amounts exceeding 800 USD, subject to U.S. customs notifications;
    • Other Regions: Tariff policies vary by country. You may consult customer service for the tariff standards of the destination before placing an order.

6. Exception Handling

If you encounter issues such as logistics delays, lost products, or damaged products, you can handle them as follows:
  1. Logistics Tracking: After the order is shipped, you can check the real-time logistics track in "My Orders - Logistics Details", or query it by entering the tracking number on the logistics provider's official website;
  1. Delay Complaint: If you have not received the goods within 3 days beyond the estimated timeliness, you can contact customer service to submit a complaint. We will contact the logistics provider to verify within 2 working days and feedback the solution to you (e.g., re-delivery, refund, shipping fee compensation);
  1. Damaged/Lost Products:
    • Damaged Products: You must inspect the goods on the spot when signing for receipt. If the goods are damaged, you need to take photos of "package appearance + damaged goods + logistics waybill" and submit them to customer service within 24 hours. After verification, you can apply for return, exchange, or refund, and we will bear the shipping fee;
    • Lost Products: If the logistics shows "shipped" but no track update for more than 15 days, or the product is confirmed lost, we will process a full refund for you or arrange free re-delivery (you can choose independently).

7. Other Instructions

  1. Delivery Address Modification: You can apply to modify the delivery address (only within the same city) within 24 hours after order payment. Address modification is not allowed after 24 hours or if the product has been shipped;
  1. Holiday Impact: Logistics timeliness may be delayed by 3-7 days during major domestic and foreign holidays (e.g., Chinese Spring Festival, Malaysian Hari Raya, U.S. Christmas). It is recommended that you place orders in advance;
