Tianjin Weiduyun Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "Weiduyun" or "the Company"; Contact Information: service@weiduyun.com) is the operating entity of the WedoMall cross-border e-commerce independent website (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User") and us regarding the use of the Platform's services (including but not limited to browsing, registration, ordering, payment, after-sales service, etc.).
Please read and fully understand these Terms carefully before using the Platform's services, especially clauses that exempt or limit our liability and increase your obligations (such as disclaimers, dispute resolution methods, etc.). By clicking "Agree" or actually using the Platform's services, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all contents of these Terms, and established a service contract relationship with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform's services.
1. Scope of Services and User Eligibility
1.1 Scope of Services
The Platform provides users with cross-border e-commerce transaction-related services, including but not limited to: product display, information query, order submission, online payment, logistics tracking, after-sales consultation, etc. We reserve the right to optimize the service content according to business adjustments, and will notify users of such adjustments through Platform announcements or in-site messages.
1.2 User Eligibility
(1) You represent and warrant that you are a natural person, legal person, or other organization with full capacity for civil conduct; if you are a minor (under 16 years old), you must use the Platform's services under the accompaniment of a guardian, and the guardian must agree to these Terms.(2) You shall provide true, accurate, and complete registration information (such as name, email address, contact information, etc.) in accordance with the Platform's requirements, and update the information in a timely manner to ensure its validity. If you provide false information or the information becomes invalid, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you, and you shall bear all losses arising therefrom.
2. User Rights and Obligations
2.1 User Rights
(1) Legally use various services provided by the Platform, and query product information, order status, and logistics progress;(2) Put forward suggestions or complaints about the Platform's services, and we will respond and handle them within 15 working days;(3) Apply for after-sales services such as return, exchange, and refund in accordance with these Terms and the Platform's rules;(4) Other rights stipulated by laws, regulations, and these Terms.
2.2 User Obligations
(1) Comply with the laws and regulations of China and the region where you are located, and shall not use the Platform to engage in illegal activities (such as smuggling, selling counterfeit and shoddy goods, money laundering, etc.);(2) Comply with the Platform's rules and these Terms, and shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform (such as malicious order brushing, stealing others' accounts, posting false reviews, etc.);(3) Properly keep your account password and payment information; you shall bear all losses caused by account theft or password leakage; if you find any account abnormality, you shall notify us immediately;(4) In cross-border transactions, you shall perform your tax obligations in accordance with the law and cooperate in providing documents required for customs clearance (such as ID card, passport, etc.); you shall bear the responsibility for customs clearance delays or goods detention caused by your failure to perform relevant obligations;(5) Shall not transfer or lease your Platform account without permission, or authorize others to use your account;(6) Other obligations stipulated by laws, regulations, and these Terms.
3. Platform Rights and Obligations
3.1 Platform Rights
(1) Reserve the right to review user registration information and product orders, and take measures (such as warning, account freezing, order cancellation, etc.) against acts that violate these Terms or laws and regulations;(2) Reserve the right to adjust product prices, inventory, and logistics plans according to market changes, and will publicize such adjustments through the Platform's pages in advance;(3) In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments, system failures) leading to service suspension or inability to provide services, reserve the right to delay or terminate the services without bearing liability for breach of contract;(4) Other rights stipulated by laws, regulations, and these Terms.
3.2 Platform Obligations
(1) Provide stable and secure Platform services in accordance with the agreement of these Terms to ensure the normal use of users;(2) Protect the security of users' personal information, process user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and shall not arbitrarily disclose user information (except as required by laws and regulations);(3) Review the product information (such as specifications, materials, prices) displayed on the Platform to ensure the information is true and accurate; if user losses are caused by incorrect product information, we will bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the law;(4) Provide effective customer service channels (such as email, phone) to promptly respond to user consultations and complaints;(5) Other obligations stipulated by laws, regulations, and these Terms.
4. Order and Transaction Rules
4.1 Order Establishment
After the User submits an order on the Platform and completes the payment, the order is deemed to be established; if the product is out of stock, the price is incorrect, or there are other circumstances that prevent the transaction, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount, and notify the User through in-site messages or emails.
4.2 Logistics and Delivery
(1) We will arrange shipment according to the logistics method selected by the User (such as official dedicated line, overseas warehouse delivery), and the delivery time shall be subject to the display on the Platform or the notification by customer service; cross-border logistics may be affected by customs clearance, weather, and other factors, and delays in delivery time shall not be deemed as our breach of contract;(2) The User shall provide the correct delivery address and contact information; the User shall bear the responsibility for failure to deliver or loss of goods caused by incorrect address or incomplete information;(3) After the goods are delivered, the User shall inspect them in a timely manner; if the goods are damaged, missing, or inconsistent with the order, the User shall contact customer service and provide evidence (such as photos, videos) within 48 hours after signing for receipt; failure to do so within the time limit shall be deemed as the goods have passed the inspection.
4.3 Return, Exchange and Refund
(1) The User may apply for return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Product quality issues (such as damage, functional failure);
- The product is seriously inconsistent with the order information (such as wrong model, specification difference);
- Products marked with "7-day no-reason return and exchange" on the Platform (the product shall be kept intact, unused, and not affecting secondary sales).
(2) Return and exchange process: The User submits an application through "My Orders" → Customer service review (1-3 working days) → After approval, the User sends back the goods → We inspect the goods → Process the refund or exchange after confirmation; the freight for returning the goods shall be borne by the responsible party (we bear it for quality issues, and the User bears it for personal reasons).(3) The refund will be returned to the User's payment account in the original way, and the arrival time shall be subject to the rules of the payment platform (usually 3-7 working days).
5. Intellectual Property Rights
(1) The intellectual property rights of all content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, pictures, trademarks, logos, software codes) belong to us or relevant right holders; without permission, the User shall not arbitrarily copy, disseminate, modify, or use them for commercial purposes;(2) The User grants us a free, non-exclusive right to use the content published on the Platform (such as reviews, order sharing), which can be used for legal purposes such as Platform promotion and publicity;(3) If the User infringes the intellectual property rights of others or the Platform, we reserve the right to delete relevant content, suspend or terminate the account, and pursue the User's legal liability.
6. Disclaimer
(1) The Platform only provides transaction services and does not assume guarantee liability for the quality, authenticity, applicability, etc. of the products; the User shall judge whether the products meet their needs by themselves; losses
